Showcase of the Week – Muralidharan Alagar

36

I am Muralidharan Alagar. Lover of beauty in all forms!

The very reason behind my collection of photos is that I wanted to create my own reference images for my art works. Yes. I do art works also. Slowly the photography has over taken my art. I started seeing a lot of Art in photography too. Now-a-days I am trying to balance Art and Photography.

I started grabing expressions of people through my camera also. Love Portraits. Found play of light adding a lot of drama to picture. Love Light and Life Learnt that living in the moment was possible by freezing actions and colors. Love Actions and colors. Discovered that the clouds make me light and floating. Love landscapes and clouds.
Capturing Temples and Architecture is a bliss. Eager to explore the world of Macro now.

I must mention my stint with BWS (Bangalore Weekend Shots). Got many of photo friends there. Street photography was made possible with less inhibitions. Learned various photography techniques by interactions. I would say it is a shift in my journey of photography.

My current profession is software. Someday my full time will be taken over by Art and Photography.

My first Camera was a basic point and shoot Canon camera. I bought Canon EOS Elan 7E during year 2000 and enjoyed film photos very much for some time.

  • My current camera: Canon 450D.
  • Lenses I use: Sigma 10-20mm lens, Canon 50mm f1.8, Canon 75-300mm

Celebrate the beauty!

Appreciate 121Clicks for the way the articles are showcased and the inspiration they create towards photography.
