Japanese artist Taiichiro Yoshida creates animal sculptures made of metallic blooms. Yoshida creates these delicate sculptures of birds and other animals using bronze, copper, or silver. Decorative metalworking in Japan has a long history that began sometime in the fourth to fifth centuries with skills passed down through the generations.
