After 4 attempts of traveling since the pandemic hit I finally made it to Iceland. From the airport, in Keflavik, I first drove up to Grundarfjörður where I stayed and drove around the Snæfellsnes. My next destination was Vík í Mýrdal in the south of Iceland.
Along that way, the weather and landscape change within hours or even minutes and so I took hundreds of photographs just stopping beside the road and capturing the views. The Icelandic road itself is truly an endless photography motive and you would be missing a lot if you just simply drove straight through the country to your destination.
