I am Annu Esko from Finland. My history with photography started when I was eight years old, and I won some money from the lottery. With that money, my parents wanted to buy a camera for me. My uncle, who was a sailor, brought me an Agfa camera from Germany. Since that moment a camera has been my company.

I worked as a dentist but kept the photography always with me as a beloved hobby. Now, as I’m already free from the work I’ve decided to dedicate to photography. These days I’ve been excited especially of street photography. I love to travel and meet people from different countries and cultures to capture small, sometimes humorous moments in the streets. If I can get a person to feel something new or a good mood and possibly look at my photographs again, I think I succeeded as a photographer.
