“Varanasi is older than history, older than tradition, older than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together” (Mark Twain). Strolling through the ghats of Varanasi one is bound to discover the alleys & sub alleys and also getting lost in them especially if somebody is a new visitor; but the interesting thing is Varanasi is best explored, when lost.
As I wander through the alleys & the by lanes I am amazed to see Life in multiple layers, witnessing vivid colors, people and their moods.

By seeing the photos..It gives me a feel that I am physically walking thro the narrow characteristic alleys of Benaras . The life depicted thro the Clicks are vibrant and the long narrow perspective photo of the alley with Gou Mata in front is a master stroke. Hats off Mr Abhisek.
