This is an attempt to capture life in the older parts of the Colombian Capital Bogota around the La Candelaria area. These photos were taken just after the First Wave of the Pandemic and here we can see some of the locals venturing out again but streets remain largely empty. This part of the town relies heavily on Tourism but the uncanny lack of footfall hurts the local populace financially and a sense of despair looms, contrasting the vibrance of the locale.
