“Autumn wandering in the woods of center of France. We went to meet these very old trees, we were able to discover a very particular landscape, populated by multicentenary beech trees, but also volcanic rocks and peat bogs, a setting that could have been used to shoot a film like The Lord of the Rings. Composing images in this forest was a real challenge. The different images you will see are organized chronologically, from the blue lights of the morning to the warm tone of an autumn afternoon.”

David Bouscarle was born in Cavaillon in 1980 and grew up for the first ten years of his life in Arles. At the age of eleven, his parents returned to settle in their native region, the Luberon. At that age, David was already very attracted to the artistic world and until he was 22, he played the guitar and several other instruments diligently. David put his first foot in the image following the birth of his first son. Then he buys a camera very quickly in order to capture all these precious moments.
