As a result, they frequently receive more attention than other kids. Like this family, their son – Ryan was born 9 weeks earlier, weighing just under 3 pounds. And the little boy stayed in the NICU for six weeks.
In that seemingly endless situation, Matt MacMillan and his wife wondered what their son would look like when being an adult. Then, they came up with a hilarious idea of taking a gallery of him doing manly things and sharing it on Instagram. Those pics have made people laugh unconditionally.
