I am a UX designer who’s discovered a passion for hiking and scenic driving since 2018 and started taking photos so I can forever remember my experiences. These are from my first three trips to Glacier National Park in Montana, in September, October, and December 2020, after moving to Spokane for a year specifically to be near there.
I got exceptionally lucky with the conditions on my first visit, with the dramatic clouds and fog at lower elevations giving way to fresh September snow around Logan Pass at the peak of the Going-to-the Sun road, & it’ll forever be one of my best memories.
To me, if there’s magic in the world it’s in art, & my goal in life is to experience as much of the most beautiful art as possible, whether it’s natural art like mountains and sunrises, or music, or operas, or stories. I don’t really see myself as an artist, but I enjoy getting to capture and share the natural beauty I find with the world, and hopefully inspiring others to do the same.
