So much from the eyes of Francois Regis Durand. Incredible work portraying the life and style of the people from the Island of Madagascar. Not much we have come across such astounding work with great angling towards emotions and light.
These pictures are very provoking for the numerous questions it keep echoing as we start scrolling down. The lives of these women, the work they do for the food they earn keeps haunting me.
Aesthetically there is a certain art class within Durand’s work, I can feel the great passion of balance between lighting and colors with incredible composition across his portfolio.
