This year’s competition attracted thousands of entries, each portraying the vibrant colors, intricate details, and cultural significance of food in unique and imaginative ways.

From a mesmerizing close-up of dewdrops on a fresh berry to a stunning composition of street food vendors bustling in a lively market, the winning images highlight the extraordinary talent and creativity of photographers who elevate everyday meals into visual masterpieces. These photographs not only celebrate the aesthetic appeal of food but also tell compelling stories that connect us to diverse culinary traditions and the universal joy of eating.

A photograph capturing a woman in rural China preparing an enormous batch of dim sum has won the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year 2024. Shot by Zhonghua Yang, the image showcases the bustling preparations for the Spring Festival, also known as the Lunar New Year. This festive tradition includes the meticulous crafting of dim sum such as red bean dumplings, steamed rice cakes, and glutinous rice cakes, each reflecting a rich heritage of culinary artistry. Yang’s photo also secured first place in the Champagne Taittinger Food for Celebration category. With 36 categories in total, here are some of the other standout winners.
